I'm attending Continental Plus this year, I'm very excited. What is the host hotel, if there's one?

I've known it to be the Hilton Garden Inn at State and Grand. (On Grand, at the corner of State Street)

It's a great hotel, centrally located between Michigan Ave (3 blocks to the east) and not too far of a walk to The Baton (a couple blocks to the west, and then a couple blocks south). There's also a grocery store across the street, Nordstrom just east of the hotel, and a steakhouse and P.F. Chang's on the same property as the hotel.

Chicago, as Im sure you know Fran, is not known for their cheap hotel rooms, so I would TOTALLY see if there's a "Continental Rate" for the Hilton Garden Inn.

The hotel is The Inn at Chicago. Rooms are going fast, but there is a lot of them as it is a big hotel. It is on Erie and Ohio I believe.

Go to the reservations page, and down to the bottom under promotional rates. I booked quite early, and got a great rate.

I know you can call the Continental office and book through them as well at a rate of $105 a night.

I got a better deal online by getting 5 nights with a 20% discount. (Like I said, I booked quite early...)

Adrienne, I asked about you at Arizona USofA, I didn't get to meet you. I tried to meet as many peole as possible when I was in Arizona. Good luck at Continental Plus, I'll see you and Lucinda there.

I dressed and painted the winner, Naomi St. James....I was so busy all night in the dressing room, I never made it up to the floor to see any of the pageant. I watched the crowning, and that was it.

We will meet in Chicago!!!!
