Miss Spa City Arkansas USofA pageant is tonight at Jesters Night Club in Historic Hot Springs, AR.
Lance Pace is the promoter and this will be an Emeritus Title. This is one of four Arkansas USofA Prelims that he is promoting this year leading to the Miss Arkansas USofA State pageant.
