i have a question for some of you all on here. i have a stoned gown (moderate stoning) made of nude stretch fabric with a lace overlay. i put roughly $800 worth of stones into this gown and i have shoes to match (non-stoned). i know darn well i wont get back what i paid for it ($1200 total) what would be a fair price to list it on ebay or start asking for? it was only worn in competition once and placed in the top 5 at the state level, it would have plaecd higher if i modeled it better and i am a non smoker. there are no runs or tears anywhere on this gown and it is kept rolled/folded neatly in a all white sheet in an airtight container. i do realize it might help if i had pictures but i am not at my home pc. any help would be appreciated.
suggestions?

when i list on ebay i always start with a low bid to encourage more bidding on the item however put a reserve on it for the lowest price you feel you will take for it. Then that way you won't have to get rid of it unless that reserve price has been matched.

I do rhinestoning so I understand that you wana the best amount for your work. Just take pics of the dress and preferable some with you IN the dress so people can see what it looks like on stage and then just ask a prince. People will contact you and youj can negotiate from there.
Hope this helps
