Hey Pageant fans,

If you are a male make up artist (and you feel that you are really good at what you do) in the Atlanta area, their is an opportunity to be a co-host on an upcoming Atlanta radio talk show about helping business women become successful with how they look and dress. If you are interested in this opportunity, please email Thomas at: ccevideo@empirevideoproductions.com for more information. While the Atlanta area is preferred, if you live elsewhere in the country, you can be considered as well.

Thanks.

Id love to see the offdicial job posting as it is illegal to specify a gender preference in any employment opportunity

If this was a paid employement opportunity, then I would agree with you - but I don't believe I mention that in my post. This is not a paid position or an offer of employement by Click Click Expose or any other radio station. This is a private citizen producing an online radio show who has a specific requirment on who she wants as a host with here on her show. There is no legal precedent here as there is no employment being offered.

This is just an opportunity for someone who has always wanted to be a talk show host and to speak about a subject matter they are intimately familar with. Members of the CF community have participated with us before in our online podcasting shows, it makes sense that I continue to engage the community that has been very supportive of what we do when opportunities come to us from our friends and allies.

I believe she wants a strong host who can really add to her show. I will pass on anyone who is interested in the show to her. We are not involved in its production so ultimately the decision is not up to us. We just wanted to offer a helping hand. Thanks for your interest - Thomas

I would call on Vicki V or Nebo....Both are educated men who are pillars in the community and know something about make up and fashion.

I was in the cosmetics industry for 16yrs as a Regional Artist for Lancome, Regional Trainer for Sebastian Trucco, and National Artist for Dior, amongst other positions........and been told I have a great voice....I wonder if I qualify!? tongue.gif

Why do people have to escalate issues? Don't make mountains out of a molehill.

This was a request for a person of the Male persuasion who does Make up to speak on a Radio Program. It may have something to do with the fact that a Male has a different take on Make-up in general.

CCE don't feel that you have to worry about a suit coming down based upon requesting a Male Makeup artist.

amen millusions - believe me I am not worried one bit. I don't even know why this thread has turned in this direction. Oh well...moving on.......

Were you able to find a person to do the spot?

No one has approached me yet about it but I wanted to make sure I offered it to the CF community especially since the CF community has been so supported of us.
