Yes sir.....................It has been confirmed.

The Lovely Janet Jackson will BE BACK AT THE STARS OF THE CENTURY SHOW TONIGHT!

Tonight is the 7 year Anniversary of the hottest Drag show in the country. Janet graced us on April 9th to witness Jasmine Bonet and her illusion of Janet. She enjoyed the show, she said she would come back.

AND SHE HAS KEPT HER WORD!

Janet will be back tonight not only to see the show.................But also as a personal favor to another one of Janets FAVORITE FEMALE IMPERSONATORS.......................The phenomenal Mimi Marks will be performing tonight who is a close friend of Janets. SO naturally Mimi let Kanet know she will be there.

So if you in ATlanta, the place to be tonight is the Jungle. There will only be one show tonight...............It starts at 12, and in addittion to Mimi Marks and Janet, other special guest will be the Mouth of the SOuth Miss Sophia Mcintosh and the dancing diva herself.......Angelica Sanchez!

OFTEN IMITATED..........................NEVER DUPLICATED!

Yes Janet was there and was looking lovely. This time she was more beat. Unfortunately they did not bring her on stage, but she stood up a few times to tip (Monte st. James, Mimi Marks, Ava Chanel and Raquell Lord) and Joe bought her an Escada bag and she stood up to except it. It was hot.

Junior cast did very well. Their really stepping their game up. Mimi was pretty. Not very entertaining, but her look is so sickning you forget about everything else. Ava was back to her old self and did a great job. She came out swinging Handcuffs and jail keys..................Necole's look was sicking, Al Milan came out with two strippers wrapped in a long red towel. ANgelica Sanchez did her usual dancing up a storm. ANd Monte ST. James broke up the building with his Party Like a Rock star number. HAd the lovely Yosmein Campbell Starr in his routine and she was LOOKING SICK BABY! Sophia Mcintosh was so HILARIOUS. SHe stole the show. SHe did a superb job! Her interaction and joking around with Janet was a must see.....................

Also in the building was Khia. The house was JAMMED PACKED!

Good Morning All,

What a night, What a Night! I would like to say that the Stars of the
Century Cast did a phenomenal job on last night and they are to be
commended for the hard work and dedication that they have put in over these
past seven years here in the Greater Metropolitan City of Atlanta. There
are a lot of drag shows across the United States that are created but never
stand the test of time, especially an all African-American Cast like The
Stars of the Century, but they have and will forever go down in history as
one of the Best Female Illusionist Shows/Male Lead Entertainment Shows in
America. Congratulations Again on another successful year1

Last night’s Entertainment Included:

Mr. Joe Jackson – Mr. Emerald of The South/Mr. Ebony International 2007
Miss Sophia “Rita Red” McIntosh – V103 Radio Personality
Miss Ava Chanel Alexandria – Miss Duval Plus 2006-07
Miss Angelica Sanchez – Miss Continental Plus 2004
Mr. R’Daruis Black – Mr. Black America 2001/Mr. Black Universe 1997-98
Mr. Archie Bonet – Mr. Black Universe 1993
Miss Mimi Marks – Miss International Queen 2006/Miss Continental 1992
Miss Niesha Dupree – Empress of Atlanta/Miss Gay USofA At Large 2002-2003
Miss Necole Luv Dupree – Miss EOY 2002/Miss Black Universe 2000
Mr. Monte St. James – Mr. Gay USA 2005-06/Mr. EOY 2007-08
Mr. Desean Black Dupree
Miss Diamond Monroe – Miss Liberty Newcomer 2004
Miss Stasha Sanchez – Miss Black Universe 1997-98/Miss Black America
1999-00
Miss Jasmine Bonet – Miss Florida 1995/Miss Black America 1995/MBU 2001-02
Christopher Iman – Mr. SC Continental 2007/Mr. Black Universe 2003-2004
Miss Raquell Lord – Miss Universal Showqueen 2006-2007

Standouts:

Sophia giving her infamous rendition of “There is No Failure.” This woman
had the crowd on it’s feet, and she definitely felt the love on last night.
Even though the cast make the SHOW, Miss SOPHIA MADE the show, always
remember that. There were times when Miss Sophia was the reason people
came out to see the show, and when God moved her on to bigger and better
things, the show continued and was able to still keep that same crowd and
draw on different audiences. Sophia of course was a “hoot” all night long,
but we all needed the laugh.

Desean Black Dupree performed his talent from this year’s competition at
Mr. Black America 2007. “James Thunder Early,” very talented young man, he
grasped the concept and made it his own at the very same. It was a joy to
see real talent grace the stage, Great Job Desean.

Miss Diamond Monroe was definitely on her beat from Start to Finish. If
you ever want to see real DRAG, Miss Diamond Monroe gives you that ever
week, and she didn’t stop on last night. She performed “I Wanna Dance w/
Somebody,” by Whitney Houston, and if you have ever seen the video from the
80’s, you saw the same Costume, hair, makeup and all last night. (Janet
Lives for Diamond)

Jasmine Bonet performed “This is My Life” she had the 60’s doo-/censored.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':(' /> hair
style with this crushed baby blue velvet gown on that accentuated her body,
she performed the hell out of the song, and even got emotional. Alright
You Guys, this is Jasmine’s life let her LIVE IT!

Angelica Sanchez - One Word can best describes Miss Duval; “BUCKED!” She
performed a mix of songs and performed and entertained. She jumped,
dipped, spinned, stood upside down, shaked, and danced the house into
frenzy on last night. I keep asking myself, who wouldn’t want Angelica to
be their queen; one thing she is not is BORING. Shake it Up Mama! Calling
Miss Gay UsofA At Large, C’mon Piggy!

Monte St. James – You want to “Party Like A Rock Star?” Well Monte partied
till the end of the song. Huge Mohawk, Metallic Colors painted on his face
and throughout his ROCKSTAR costume w/ Yosmeine C. Starr as one of his Rock
Star beauties sitting atop a fan that was blowing blue and teal streamers
with Diamond Monroe in the back playing the guitar. It was so Rock Starish
(if I can use that as a word today …lol) Monte we see why you are MR. EOY,
and rightfully so.

Christopher Iman – danced from beginning to End. He started out with “Get
it Shawty” by Lloyd and then eventually went into P.Y.T. by Michael
Jackson. You can tell my husband was having fun on stage, and it wasn’t
about just pleasing Janet because she was there front and center, but it
was about entertaining all who came out, and letting everyone know that MR.
IMAN still has it, the boy can dance, the boy can move, and that’s TALENT.

Al Milan Dupree ------SSSSSSSSSSEEEEEEEEEEEEEEXXXXXXXXXXXXXYYYYYYYYYYYY!

MiMi Marks – Looked absolutely stunning with her long black and white tube
dress, her Gwen Stefani blonde hair do, and her Dolce & Gabana White
Shades, she was serving nothing more than pure; FISH. I believe the song
she performed was by Gwen Stefani herself.

Stasha Sanchez – MiMi’s Daughter and the Sex Kitten herself performed a
medley of songs that all went into “Get me Bodied” by Beyonce. Stasha had
the complete look from the video and captured all the dance moves as well.
The audience received Stasha’s performance like no other. She was truly in
her element that night. The look, the moves, the costuming were all on
point. Let’s not forget that Body …. My God Stasha, GO BACK TO
CONTINENTAL! THAT BODY IS TO DIE FOR!

Raquell Lord – One thing about her, she is always going to be the same when
it comes to performing. What I mean by that is she is truly an
entertainer/performer. As some people went a little Out the Box for the
Anniversary Show, Raquell just remained herself and thoroughly entertained
the crowd that came to see a good show. She came out from behind a huge
DISCO BALL performing the live version of “Glamorous Life” by Fergie that
went into a Ciara Mix. Raquell started off with a drumette’s uniform on w/
a sick-o-ning bob (kind of like mine .. lol), she had this green, yellow,
and blue glitter paint all over her body, and low and behold My Grandmother
finally pulled out her old TRICK, that’s right she got completely NAKED for
the kids once again, “And remember to make this illusion possible, it’s not
what you see onstage, but what you don’t.” I LIVE MAMA!

It was nice seeing a few familiar faces in the audience. Looking Good
Ar’mondis Hall Bonet, Amalia Black, Koby T. Black, Taneisha Cassadine,
Ashton Bonet, Dina Jacobs, Alphonse Dupree, Janet Jackson, and Khia.

It was also great to see the New Face Cast and tthe Icons of Atlanta at the Jungle after there show at 708. Tamisha Iman turned it two times lastnight in her numbers (whadya expect) and so did the old faces and new faces. I'm glad Tamisha, Taniesha, Amalia, Maxine and Ashton were all able to go over and support the S.O.T.C. which proves once again there is enough people in Atlanta to have two powerful shows on the same night. On another note......I beg to differ with the "phenomenal night" amd entertainment at the Jungel. We wnet to both clubs and the show at 708 wasnt predictable down to the NEW CAST member. The Jungle (IN MY OPINION) was just another show wiht extra pretty people on the line up. Mimi - sickoning and beautiful but boring, Angelica - go Piggy go - whew, Monte-what do u expect from Mr EOY - hot but the rest - predictable down to him and his fine buttttt and slow boring number. /cool.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='B)' />

There
are a lot of drag shows across the United States that are created but never
stand the test of time, especially an all African-American Cast like The
Stars of the Century, but they have and will forever go down in history as
one of the Best Female Illusionist Shows/Male Lead Entertainment Shows in
America. Congratulations Again on another successful year1

Im confused. Ive been to the SOTC show once while I was in Atlanta and I had a great time. But is Mimi really black???

*** MiMi Isn't black..... She is a Caucasion female. She just enjoys the fact of WORLDWIDE exposure in the art form of Entertainment.... The question that was asked, would that have anything to do with her being in the building full of African Americans lastnight????? If you know MiMi, then you know she is a very diverse individual that gets the UPMOST respect from the BLACK & WHITE systems in the art form of female impersonation..... Now lets get real sweetie..... What was the purpose of that question!
