I purchased the large size in tan white. They were a total of $660 including all the shipping and tax and all that stuff. I got a very nice email saying that they were on thier way, the arrived very quickly with some cleaning and use instructions.
Was I nervous about putting a check for over $600 in the mail to someone I don't know...ummm..YEAH! Let me say that the transaction was smooth, informed and easy. The Boobs For Queens guy is friendly and informative.
A Few Points:
They are HEAVY - the large size weighs over 16 punds (may not sound like much until you strap them on) I dont know about the smaller size, but there's no way you could plan to wear these without some sort of support. I made a quick "sling" of sorts, but found that a very revealing bra worked better (go figure).
The Holister Medical Adhesive is just okay. I think you have to be careful not to use just any adhesive, but this one is so expensive, I might skip it and look for other alternatives. I think it was $25 for a very small can (smaller than a deoderant can for sure - maybe about half the size)
I couldn't sweat anymore. I jump around like a chicken on a hot plate when I perform and I get winded and sweat like a beast. Having these things on couldn't make me sweat anymore, so I'm not sure how anyone else will fair with them on.
I've worn them thru two entire shows - both jumping around and emcee-ing thru the whole show. I found that I didn't have to wear a HUGE amount of jewelry to cover the neckline, but it did help to have a couple of things on to hide just in case the adhesive came loose. It also took me a few minutes longer to get changed between numbers. I pride myself on being a quick change artist, so this was a little blow to my plans for the night. I was in the dressing room a lot longer than I expected. I'm sure this will subside as I become more accustomed to them.
The first time I wore them i sprayed the whole thing with adhesive - Don't do this. There was really no point as the adhesive isnt so amazing. The bra held them up in place and the second time I wore them, I just sprayed the neckline with adhesive and it worked well. Still had to retack it a few times, but no big deal. The instructions that came with them suggested using GooGone to remove the adhesive. I did this, even on my freshly shaved skin and didn't have any trouble. Might wanna be careful if you have sensitive skin - I have medium-sensitive skin and it was totally fine. No redness or anything to worry about.
The Response: You would have thought that I invented them. They were WELL rewarded and I've named them Mary Kate and Ashley. People thought I had duct-taped my chest - that they were implants and EVERYONE wanted to touch them. When you smack them, it sounds like you're smacking skin. I'm gonna tell everyone I got them in Chicago while on a Boob-Buying Trip.
They are HUGE on me and I am far from a small person - in flip flops I'm over 6'2" and i'm push at the 300lb mark all the time....so, keep that in mind if you order them.
I'll keep you posted as I wear them thru all the gay bars in the midwest

I'm sure you'll have no problems finding them a home. Remember, if it's not a perfect match to your skin color, you can cover them in makeup (smile)

When I got home at the end of the night and took the boobs off, I started to notice that the velcro was becoming seperated from the backing. You can see where the thread is loosening up. I think I'm going to have to go to Home Depot and get some stronger (like industrial strength) velcro. Has anyone else experienced this problem?
Also, sometimes I feel like they hang to low sometimes, so when I wear a support bra, it causes the neckline to loosen up. Sharon/Brad (the creator of BFQ's) has told me that I can cut them and trim them more to my body and that I can also remove and reapply velcro after cutting the neckline down, but I'm afraid I might ruin my boobs. Has anyone else had similar experiences with their BFQ's?
